Shipping
The shipping costs within Germany and the European Union are €13.69 for the HOPPER and €7.50 for the HOPPERPAD when shipping within Germany. The costs for shipping within the European Union are €29,50 for the HOPPER and €25,90 for the HOPPERPAD.
Delivery abroad is carried out with alternative shipping costs and sometimes via a shipping company. Customs duties, taxes and fees may apply which are not included in the basic price shown.

Delivery is within Germany and within the European Union (Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark (except Faroe Islands, Greenland), Estonia, Finland (except Äland Islands), France (except overseas territories and departments), Greece (except Mount Athos), Great Britain (except Channel Islands), Ireland, Italy (except Livigno and Campione d'Italia), Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands (except non-European areas), Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus (except northern part)) possible.Delivery within Germany and within the European Union takes place via DPD parcel with tracking number.
Delivery times
Delivery times average 5 working days. Please note that the delivery time always starts from the date of receipt of payment.
Payment methods
Payment by PayPal or credit card is made via the provider PayPal; you can select the options PayPal, Visa or Mastercard during the payment process. When paying by credit card, you do not need to have a PayPal account.
